8/10
The view from my room was straight fire, yo. Staff was real chill, even upgraded me. The spot was right near downtown, so I ain't spend much on travel. Only thing? That bathroom shower got a mind of its own, hard to set right. Still, I’d come back again, no doubt.

quiet location, fully equipped kitchen, reasonable proximity to Britomart
The parking situation is ridiculous!!! A tight first-floor entrance that makes maneuvering a car a nightmare. Need clearer info for the tricky after-hours front door access!!! Minor issues like lift problems had to be raised by guests.

The studio executive apartment offered a stunning city and harbor view, making it a great place to unwind. The helpful staff stood out, especially one who provided valuable information about local attractions and even arranged transportation when needed. However, upon arrival, cleanliness was a major concern as the first room wasn’t cleaned properly. Additionally, the second room felt quite dated and lacked adequate air conditioning, which dampened the experience significantly. While the homemade jams provided at breakfast were delightful, the maintenance of the room did not meet expectations.

I had a fantastic stay in a spacious and clean Studio Executive Apartment. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Niamh, who provided great recommendations for local restaurants and even arranged a shuttle for me. The room featured a well-equipped kitchenette and a comfy bed, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of meetings.
The after-hours check-in process was a bit confusing.

We loved the spacious two-bedroom apartment with a beautiful city view at night. The well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals for our large family, especially with a small baby in tow. Staff went the extra mile, ensuring we had everything we needed.
My wife says that a little more soundproofing would be great.

The room was super spacious and felt clean, which made settling in a breeze. I loved having the option to unwind in the jacuzzi or grab some fresh air on the terrace. The only downside was a bit of noise from the street, but it wasn't a big deal for me. 👍

It was just an ideal choice for a brief visit in Auckland with good value considering the price charged. The rooms were clean but basic, and I appreciated the extra help from the receptionist who quickly sorted out my late check-in. Make sure to check your parking spot before settling in, as some are pretty tight!
